Cancellation and Refund
Cancellation Policy:
Orders placed can be cancelled only before the order gets shipped.
Cancellation within 1 Hour will entitle you for FULL REFUND.
Cancellation between 1 Hour – 3 Hours will entitle you to a Cancellation Fee deduction.
Cancellation after your order is processed/dispatched will fall under the Product Return Policy.
If any or all the products in an order are not shipped within a maximum of 5 business days, the order will be automatically cancelled and refunded.
In all the above cases, a cancellation confirmation mail or message will be sent to you. Refunds will be processed in 2 to 3 business days, and the amount will be credited within 15 business days.

With consideration for both consumer interests and business operations, we have fixed the Cancellation Fee at 10% of the cancelled product’s value. This fee applies only to the cancelled product, not the entire order. This accounts for payment gateway charges and administrative costs.
Note: The above does not apply for COD (Cash on Delivery) orders.
Product Return Policy:
Returns are accepted only if a wrong or damaged product is delivered.
Any such issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
A complete unboxing video is mandatory — record from the moment the parcel is opened, clearly showing each item.
For grocery/food items, images must be shared with the support team within 8 hours of delivery.
BeJay Agro Products’ support team will review your return request and guide you through the process.
Products must be returned within 2 to 3 business days after receiving confirmation from the BeJay Agro Products support team.
Courier charges for valid returns will also be refunded — a receipt with the amount clearly visible must be uploaded.
